If you are not able to load the site or get a loading/spinning icon, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Switch to a different internet browser such as Google Chrome.
  2. Force a refresh of the webpage by entering this URL:  https://app.slptoolkit.com/logout
  3. Log out and back in
  4. Clear cache and cookies (see image below)
  5. Restart your device
