If you are not able to load the site or get a loading/spinning icon, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Switch to a different internet browser such as Google Chrome.
- Force a refresh of the webpage by entering this URL: https://app.slptoolkit.com/logout
- Log out and back in
- Clear cache and cookies (see image below)
- Restart your device
If the problem persists, send us an email to: support@slptoolkit.com.
If you are unable to access SLP Toolkit when using your school district's WiFi, or you receive an error message: "Your connection is not secure" or "Site blocked", you will want to contact your IT department. They will be able to grant you permission and/or have you download a certificate on your computer that will allow you to access the site.
